When painting your building, always use latex paint. It is easier to use and clean up after. Most siding manufacturers use a latex primer and using oil base paints will void their warranty.

Be sure to paint the bottom edges of the siding and all edges of the doors.

Never obstruct the air space beneath the floor of the building. If you do, it will force the moisture from the ground into the building.

Sometimes, due to humidity changes, the doors will swell and shrink. This is normal for wood products. If this occurs, just call T-Z Industries, Inc. and we will repair the doors free of charge if you bought the building from us.

Always close and latch the doors when not in use. Never leave doors open in the rain.
